NetEase Games has announced the Version 20250314 patch for Marvel Rivals, scheduled for deployment on March 13, 2025, at 09:00:00 UTC. The update introduces a highly requested Raw Input option for mouse settings and addresses numerous bugs affecting heroes and general gameplay, all without requiring server downtime. Additionally, a new Twitch Drops campaign featuring Adam Warlock rewards will begin on March 14.

Adam Warlock Rewards Coming to Twitch Drops Campaign

The standout announcement in this patch is the new Twitch Drops campaign starting March 14, 2025, at 02:00 AM UTC. Players who watch participating Marvel Rivals streamers can earn exclusive Adam Warlock rewards, including:

  • Will of Galacta Spray
  • Adam Warlock Nameplate
  • Adam Warlock Costume

Raw Input Option Added for Mouse Settings

PC players will be pleased to find a new "Raw Input" option under Settings - Keyboard in the mouse configuration. This highly requested feature allows for more precise mouse movement by bypassing Windows' mouse acceleration and processing, which should provide a more consistent aiming experience for competitive players.

What is Raw Input and Why Does it Matter?

Raw input provides direct mouse data to the game, bypassing any operating system processing or acceleration. For competitive shooter players, this means more consistent and predictable aiming, especially important in a fast-paced hero shooter like Marvel Rivals where precision can make the difference between victory and defeat.

General Fixes and Improvements

The patch addresses several quality-of-life issues that have been affecting players:

  • Fixed player names display issue in Competitive voice chat overlay when "Hide Own Name" was enabled
  • Resolved a problem where frame rate was affecting mouse sensitivity
  • Fixed an issue preventing messages containing quotation marks from sending
  • Addressed terrain issues that caused characters to get stuck or clip through surfaces

Hero-Specific Bug Fixes

Several heroes receive targeted fixes in this patch, resolving issues that have been impacting gameplay:

Loki and The Thing

Marvel Rivals' trickster god Loki will see fixes to his Ultimate Ability camera angle issues in Past Lives replays. Meanwhile, The Thing's Embattled Leap ability has been fixed to display consistent speed across different player views, particularly under poor network conditions.

Venom and Peni Parker

Venom players will no longer get stuck in mid-air after using his Ultimate Ability under poor network conditions. Peni Parker receives two fixes: her Arachno-Mines will no longer become invisible when brushing over Cyber-Webs, and her Spider-Drones have been fixed to prevent them from penetrating floors when webs are present above and below.

Namor, Winter Soldier, and Wolverine

Namor's Ultimate Ability now properly deals damage even after being ejected by Jeff the Land Shark's Ultimate. Winter Soldier receives two fixes: his Tainted Voltage will now correctly auto-reload after using Trooper's Fist ability, and his Bionic Hook no longer causes abnormal arm model display in the next round. Finally, Wolverine's Ultimate Ability animation and effects have been fixed when executed from the highest point.

Patch Deployment Details

The Version 20250314 patch will be deployed on March 13, 2025, at 09:00:00 UTC across all platforms (Marvel Rivals is currently available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC). NetEase has confirmed that no server downtime will be required for this update, meaning players can continue enjoying matches with minimal interruption.
