Game Listing Service
What is the Game Listing Service?
Developers can pay to get their games added to our database and news tracking system faster. We'll add your game and start covering news about it using the sources you provide. This doesn't affect reviews or scores - that's completely separate. Learn more about our Game Listing Service.
Does payment guarantee positive reviews?
NO. Absolutely not. Payment for our Game Listing Service guarantees database inclusion and news tracking only. It has zero influence on review scores, editorial content, or coverage decisions. Our review system operates with complete independence from our business operations. This separation is fundamental to maintaining the integrity of our platform.
What are the rules for Game Listing?
- No refunds (regardless of review scores)
- Your game must be in the IGDB database
- You need to provide working news sources
- News coverage depends on source quality
- Reviews aren't guaranteed - they depend on community interest
- You can't change review scores or editorial content
- All review data is public and transparent
Editorial Independence
How do we keep reviews independent?
Our review team works separately from business operations. Review scores come from our True-Review™ system, which analyzes community feedback and gameplay data over several days. What about AI content?
Our AI creates news from verified developer sources and official announcements. AI content is kept separate from business relationships and follows our editorial guidelines. All AI content is clearly labeled and links back to original sources. Learn more about our AI Content Policy.
Content & Intellectual Property
Who owns what content?
Soren.com owns all original content we create - our reviews, articles, graphics, and software. Game news comes from developer sources with their permission. Some images and artwork belong to their original creators and we use them with proper licensing.
What about user-generated content?
By posting comments, reviews, or other content on Soren.com, you grant Soren Enterprises a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, distribute, and monetize your content as part of our platform services. While you retain ownership of your original content, this license allows us to operate the platform effectively. You warrant that you have the legal right to grant this license for any content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
Service Terms & Limitations
What are our liability limits?
Soren.com is provided "as is" - we can't guarantee everything will always work perfectly. If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months. We're not responsible for indirect damages like lost profits or data.
Can we change or stop services?
Yes, we can modify or discontinue parts of Soren.com when needed. This includes adding features, removing features, or changing how things work. We'll give you notice for major changes that affect paid services.
When might we close an account?
We can suspend or close accounts for breaking these terms, community guidelines, illegal activities, trying to manipulate our systems, or behavior that harms the platform or other users. If we close your account for breaking rules, paid services aren't refunded.
