Vikhor "Stitch" Kuzmin, the notorious ex-Perseus agent with a vendetta against Russell Adler, makes his dramatic return to Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 in Season 4. After being broken out of an Icelandic CIA black site prison by his longtime nemesis Adler, Stitch reluctantly forms an alliance to identify and capture Pantheon moles threatening global security.
Enemies Become Allies in Season 4's Dramatic Twist
In a stunning narrative development for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Season 4 will see the return of one of the franchise's most compelling villains. Vikhor "Stitch" Kuzmin, the former KGB chemist and Perseus agent, has been liberated from maximum security detention by none other than Russell Adler—the very CIA operative who took his eye and imprisoned him.
This unlikely partnership forms the centerpiece of Season 4's narrative, with both characters setting aside their blood-soaked history to tackle a greater threat: Pantheon moles operating within intelligence agencies worldwide.

A Rivalry Years in the Making
The complex history between Stitch and Adler dates back to the 1960s, when Stitch oversaw Nova 6 chemical weapon production on Rebirth Island. Their fateful encounter in 1968 during a CIA raid led to Adler gouging out Stitch's left eye during interrogation—creating a nemesis who would return years later to capture and attempt to brainwash Adler using MKUltra techniques.
After their last confrontation in the mountains of Kastovia, Adler spared Stitch's life, instead imprisoning him in an Icelandic black site—until now, when Adler needs Stitch's unique expertise to crack the codenames of Pantheon operatives.
