Throne and Liberty players can look forward to a significant content update arriving on March 26, 2024. Update 2.3.0 introduces the spring-themed Starbloom Festival event, two formidable new Arch Bosses, weapon balance adjustments, and numerous quality-of-life improvements to enhance the gameplay experience.
Starbloom Festival Brings Spring Celebrations to Solisium
The Starbloom Festival will run from March 27 through April 16, 2024, transforming the world of Solisium with festive decorations and special activities. The highlight of this seasonal event is the introduction of event-exclusive morph races where players can compete in transformed states for unique rewards.
Among the most coveted prizes is the Rainbewe sheep morph, allowing players to transform into a colorful sheep character. Additionally, the event will feature seasonal delicacies and spring-themed cosmetics, including the Blossom outfit and Alluring weapon skin sets.

Server Maintenance Details
Update 2.3.0 will require server downtime beginning at 10:30 p.m. PT on March 26 (5:30 a.m. UTC on March 27). Maintenance is expected to last approximately 4.5 hours, after which players can access all the new content and features.
Two New Formidable Arch Bosses Enter the Fray
Two new challenging Arch Bosses will make their debut in the days following the update:
Deluzhnoa: The Frozen Wizard
Deluzhnoa, a former Lightbringer Society wizard who was transformed into a monster after using Quietis' Heart to stop Shadowmancers, will appear for the first time on March 29, 2024. This imposing foe is encased in frozen armor and wields an icy spear against those brave enough to challenge it.

Giant Cordy: The Fungal Monstrosity
Giant Cordy will make its first appearance on April 2, 2024. This massive creature was born when a poisonous mushroom spore landed on a fragment of Sylaveth's Star and eventually infected a Chief Mitran seed. The boss has been linked to mysterious disappearances in the Snowburn District and promises to be a formidable challenge.

Dimensional Trials and Arena Season Updates
A new Dimensional Trial and Arena season will begin immediately after the maintenance concludes. Participants can earn unique morphs, titles, and other exclusive rewards for their achievements during the season.
Dimensional Trials are receiving significant improvements with this update, including:
- Party Matchmaking system for easier group formation
- Epic Runes added to the loot table
- Additional loot table updates to improve rewards

Boss Battle Improvements
Several changes to boss encounters aim to improve the player experience:
- Dominion bosses now slowly lose HP over time after 20 minutes (implemented March 20, 2024)
- The previous 30% HP reduction to Dominion boss HP has been removed
- Arch Boss portal preparation phase reduced from 5 minutes to just 1 minute
- Deluzhnoa and Giant Cordy Fragment items can be obtained from Amitoi Expedition and Fishing reward pouches
- Guild Portals matchmaking now starts at the 3-minute mark, earlier than other portals
What's New in the Hall of Illusion?
The Hall of Illusion receives substantial updates to both its difficulty and rewards:
- Improved rewards including Epic tier runes, artifacts, and Tier 2 Tokens
- Chance to receive Nebula Island accessories in Tier 5
- Reduced difficulty for Tier 1 and 2 to make them more accessible
- Added life-steal effect for players in Tier 1-4 to improve survivability
- Umbrakan boss adjustments for better timing and execution of skills
Weapon Balance Changes
Two weapons receive balance adjustments in this update:
Longbow Changes
- Deadly Marker cooldown reduction no longer stacks
- Deadly Marker is no longer affected by Evasion
- Zephyr's Nock now deals 20% additional damage against NPC targets
- Decisive Sniping/Bombardment NPC damage bonus increased from 60% to 85%
- Brutal Arrow now deals 100% additional damage against NPC targets
- Strafing NPC damage bonus increased from 15% to 25%
Wand Changes
- Curse Explosion hit area detection has been improved
Quality-of-Life Improvements
The update includes numerous UI and gameplay enhancements:
- Lithograph auction listings moved to their own category for easier browsing
- Equipment Sync and Combat Settings buttons order swapped for better usability
- Added ability to hide certain UI elements in Edit HUD for a cleaner interface
- Target UI now displays species type indicators (Humanoid, Construct, Wildkin, etc.)
- Enhanced highlighting for Target-of-Target nameplates
- Arena opponent names anonymized until the end of the match
- Increased stack limits for Potions and Food items
- Improved Tab-Target picking logic
- Tooltip indicators added for items obtainable through Dissolving
