Finally, Some Housekeeping
The most relatable fix in this patch involves basic hygiene—for your house, not just your character. A bug was previously preventing Zois from cleaning their homes, leading to a buildup of mess that the AI simply ignored. This hotfix tweaks the behavior so Zois should now proactively tidy up their living spaces again.
On the topic of cleaning, the developers have added a massive Quality of Life (QoL) improvement for mealtime aftermaths. You can now clear all dishes at once after two hours have passed. In life sims, individual plate interactions are often a click-heavy nightmare, so a bulk-clean option is a welcome addition to the meta.
UI and Visual Clutter
If you felt like the game was yelling at you too often, you weren't alone. The frequency of thought bubbles has been adjusted in this update. While seeing what your Zoi is thinking is crucial for narrative building, having the screen cluttered with constant bubbles breaks immersion. Dialing this back lets the visuals breathe.
Additionally, a fix was deployed for UI elements overlapping when starting a new game or loading a save file. These kinds of interface glitches can make the game feel unpolished, so smoothing out the initial load experience is a good step.
What happened to my Inzoi mods?
If you logged in after the patch and found your custom content missing, don't panic. As is standard with many Inzoi updates, all mods have been temporarily disabled to prevent crashes and conflicts with the new code (Build versions 20251118.8820.W / 20251118.8821.M). You will need to wait for modders to update their tools or manually re-enable them once compatibility is confirmed.
Build Mode Fixes
For the architects, this patch solves a frustrating reversion bug. Previously, floor tile sizes were resetting upon loading a save, undoing specific design choices. That has been patched, along with an issue where decks weren't deleting correctly. Also, players noticing incorrect NPC outfit changes near the beach should see that behavior normalized.
