Epic Games has brought the controversial yet beloved Star Wars character to Fortnite in two distinct forms. Both Darth Jar Jar and regular Jar Jar Binks Outfits are now available in the in-game Shop as part of the ongoing GALACTIC BATTLE event, but players will need to earn significant XP to unlock the Sith version.
Darth Jar Jar Requires XP Milestones to Unlock
Unlike standard Shop items, the Darth Jar Jar collection follows a progression system where players must earn specific XP thresholds to unlock the ability to purchase each item. The complete milestone breakdown includes:
- 320,000 XP: Terror of Naboo Wrap
- 640,000 XP: Sith's Electropole Pickaxe
- 960,000 XP: Crimson Booma Back Bling
- 1,280,000 XP: Darth Jar Jar Outfit
Epic has specified that Darth Jar Jar items are exclusively available through the in-game Shop and cannot be purchased via the online Item Shop, adding another layer of exclusivity to these cosmetics.
Jar Jar Binks Bundle Includes Complete Loadout
For those who prefer the bumbling Gungan in his classic form, the Jar Jar Binks Outfit comes with a full set of matching accessories:
- Gungan Booma Back Bling
- Gungan Atlatl Pickaxe
- Atlatl Spark Wrap
When Will These Outfits Be Available?
Both Jar Jar variants and their accompanying accessories arrived in the Fortnite Shop on May 16, 2025. Players interested in these Star Wars cosmetics should act relatively quickly, as all Jar Jar items will only be available until June 6, 2025, at 7:59 PM ET.
