Epic Games has announced significant updates coming to both Fortnite LEGO Brick Life and Odyssey modes this March. Players can look forward to soccer gameplay, enhanced home features, and improved combat mechanics, along with the new Goldrush Gallery LEGO Pass featuring the Rebel Oro Outfit. The updates will roll out in two phases, with Brick Life updates arriving on March 11 and Odyssey enhancements launching on March 25, 2025.

LEGO Brick Life Updates Bring Soccer and Home Improvements
On March 11, 2025, Fortnite LEGO Brick Life will receive its first major update of the month. The headline feature is the addition of soccer (or football, as it's known globally), where players can compete at the soccer field across from Bobom Milk Tea. Winners will receive 1,000 Creds and a trophy to display in their home. Unlike daily activities such as Litter Boxing, soccer can be played at any time of day for full rewards.

A new home reaction system will allow players to leave feedback on others' creations by interacting with mailboxes. These reactions will be visible from a distance, highlighting popular builds throughout Brick Bay. Players will earn 50 Creds for each new home they react to, encouraging community engagement.
Quality of Life Improvements for LEGO Builders
The Brick Life update also addresses inventory management with automatic mailing. When players earn or purchase items but have a full inventory, these items will be sent directly to their mailbox instead of being lost. Public mailboxes will also be available for accessing these items when away from home.

Decorators will appreciate the new 45-degree angle placement option for home decorations, matching the functionality already available in Odyssey mode. This feature gives players more creative freedom when designing their LEGO spaces.
Odyssey Mode Gets Combat and Crafting Enhancements
The March 25, 2025 update focuses on Fortnite LEGO Odyssey mode, introducing several gameplay improvements. The new Recycler Station will allow players to break down crafted items to recover a portion of the materials, providing a sustainable way to manage resources. Players can unlock the Recycler recipe by building or using a Stone Breaker.

Wall Mounts will receive a significant upgrade, enabling players to display non-holdable items like resources and Charms. This feature can be used to create visual labels for storage chests. Additionally, mounted items with on/off functionality, such as Illuminators or Lightsabers, can be toggled directly from the mount. For easier access, Wall Mounts will be moved to the Utility section of the Build menu.
What's New in LEGO Fortnite Combat?
Combat mechanics are getting a major overhaul with the introduction of sprint attacks, allowing players to close the gap on enemies and deliver powerful strikes. Jump attacks will feature improved visuals and hit detection, while the new sprint jump mechanic will enhance exploration and mobility throughout the Odyssey world.
The Thunderclap Blade weapon is being refined to make charging projectile attacks more intuitive. Landing hits will now charge the projectile attack, and the spin animation before launching has been removed for more responsive combat. The charging system has also been enhanced, with higher charges resulting in increased damage for both normal and projectile attacks.
Other quality-of-life improvements include an Advanced Weapons Journal to track craftable weapons, speech bubbles for villager interactions, safety teleportation when caught in the Storm, and faster shield mechanics for more responsive defense.
Goldrush Gallery LEGO Pass Launches March 11
Alongside the Brick Life update, Fortnite will introduce the Goldrush Gallery LEGO Pass on March 11, 2025. This pass features the skeletal Rebel Oro Outfit as an immediate unlock upon purchase (1,400 V-Bucks) or through Fortnite Crew subscription.

For the first time, this LEGO Pass includes two Outfits, with the Carmine Rosso Outfit available as a premium reward through progression. The pass will run until May 2, 2025, giving players nearly two months to unlock all rewards by earning XP in any Fortnite experience.

Decorative Bundles and Emotes
The Goldrush Gallery LEGO Pass includes several themed decoration bundles. The Oro's Abode Decor Bundle offers golden bedroom makeover items, while the Welding Essentials Decor Bundle caters to those who appreciate metalworking. Art enthusiasts can transform their homes into museums with the Golden Peel Gallery Decor Bundle.
New emotes include the Loot Stash Emote for celebrating riches and the Tragedy! Emote for expressing misfortune. Epic notes that all LEGO Pass items may eventually come to the Fortnite Shop at a later date.
Fan-Favorite LEGO Kits Returning to the Shop
For players looking to expand their LEGO collections, several fan-favorite LEGO Kits will return to the Shop. On March 12, 2025, the Durrr Burger Bundle, Beachy Boardwalk Bundle, and Mage's Favorites Bundle will become available again. Additional fan favorites will return on March 19, 2025.

These March updates demonstrate Epic Games' continued commitment to expanding the Fortnite LEGO experience with new features and content. With substantial improvements to both Brick Life and Odyssey modes, plus the new Goldrush Gallery LEGO Pass, March 2025 is shaping up to be an exciting month for LEGO Fortnite fans.
