Survivors on Arrakis need to plan their next expedition carefully. Funcom has scheduled a maintenance window for Dune: Awakening to deploy a new hotfix on November 25, 2025. The update involves server downtime and a mandatory client download, so you'll want to be in a safe spot before the servers go dark.
Maintenance Timing and Downtime
The servers are scheduled to go offline starting at 10:00 AM CET / 09:00 UTC. Funcom estimates the maintenance will last approximately 90 minutes. If the deployment goes smoothly, players should be able to log back in around 11:30 AM CET.
Crucially, this update requires a client download. You won't be able to simply reconnect once the servers are up; you must update your game files through your respective launcher (Steam, PlayStation, or Xbox) before re-entering Arrakis.
What is being fixed?
Specific details on the changes are currently pending. Funcom confirmed that the official patch notes will be published only after the maintenance concludes. Given the recent frequency of updates, this is likely a targeted fix for stability or critical bugs discovered over the weekend rather than a content drop. We will update our coverage once the full notes are released.
