MediEvil is a remake of the 1998 action-adventure game, released in 2019 for PlayStation 4. You play as Sir Daniel Fortesque, a skeletal knight resurrected to defeat the evil sorcerer Zarok. The gameplay involves platforming, puzzle-solving, and hack-and-slash combat, where you explore Gallowmere, battle undead hordes, and collect Chalices to summon spectral allies. This remake features completely overhauled graphics, re-recorded audio, and updated controls while preserving the original's gothic aesthetic, humor, and core mechanics.
