This is an expansion for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order, released in 2019 for the Nintendo Switch. It requires the base game and adds four new playable Marvel Knights characters: Blade, Moon Knight, Punisher, and Morbius. The expansion introduces Gauntlet Mode, an arena challenge to unlock new characters, and an endless version with leaderboards. A free update alongside the DLC added Nightmare Mode, the S.H.I.E.L.D. Depot for costumes and voice lines, and increased the character level cap to 150. The core gameplay remains hack-and-slash with new tactical options from the added heroes and challenging modes.
