About Dragon's Lair
This 1990 port of Dragon's Lair for the Nintendo Entertainment System is a side-scrolling platformer where you control Dirk the Daring. Navigate a castle, defeat enemies with throwing knives, and avoid obstacles to rescue Princess Daphne. Distinctive features include an unconventional NES control scheme with reversed attack/jump buttons (A/B) and unique uses for Select (pause) and Start (candle). Later versions for Famicom and PAL regions offered improved playability and content.
