Cursed Legacy is the brand-new chapter for Dead by Daylight. It tells the story of The Spirit's ancestor, Yamaoka Kazan: a Samurai whose wrath ended up drawing the Entity’s attention. This asymmetrical survival horror chapter, released in 2019, is available on PC, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
In this chapter, a group of four Survivors must escape a map while being hunted by a single Killer. Survivors repair generators to power exit gates, avoiding the Killer. The Killer sacrifices Survivors to the Entity.
What's new in this chapter?
This chapter introduces The Oni as the new Killer and Yui Kimura as the new Survivor, along with the Sanctum of Wrath map. The Oni uses rage-based powers, while Yui brings new perks for evasion and support.
