The fight against Pax Armata is coming stateside. The California Resistance update on November 18 expands Season 1 by deploying players to the new Eastwood map, complete with new weapons and a new vehicle to master. Taking the conflict to US soil aligns perfectly with the Dagger 1-3 storyline and should offer some fresh tactical scenarios as players defend home turf.
Then on December 9, the Winter Offensive update arrives. While it includes a limited-time event, the real headline for dedicated players is the promised Vehicle Balance Pass. We're still waiting on the specific numbers, but any adjustments to tank durability, jet handling, or anti-air effectiveness will have immediate ripple effects on the battlefield. This update also includes MCOM placement improvements for Breakthrough and Rush modes, a solid quality-of-life change aimed at making objective play smoother.
Recent Fixes and Gameplay Adjustments
While we wait for the new content, the developers have been actively tuning the live game. A Quality of Life update on November 11 squashed some persistent exploits, most notably the trick that allowed players to attach explosives to Recon Drones. They also corrected a weapon dispersion bug that occurred during sprint-to-ADS transitions, which should make gunplay feel more reliable in fast-paced fights.
Lobby population also got a boost on November 6 with the reintroduction of bots to Conquest, Breakthrough, and Rush. Lobbies will now start with a minimum of 8 players and can be backfilled with up to 12 bots, which should help get rounds started faster during off-peak hours.
What's next after Season 1?
Looking past the winter, the community update officially confirmed that Season 2 is scheduled to launch in early 2026. Details are scarce for now, but it’s a clear signal that a new chapter of content is already in the works following the conclusion of Season 1.
